This morning Mr5 and Mr2 and I took some time to talk through our goals and work out what challenges we may face along the way.
We all want to improve our bike riding skills as we don’t ride often and it feels tricky for us so we created a scale from 1 to 5* to help us progress towards our goals no matter the day.
We also thought big on fundraising and set a high goal which we hope to achieve as we learn more and share our learnings throughout the month 💛

* 1 is a day where we have lots of commitments or are not feeling well all the way through to 5 where we have no set plans and plenty of energy/strong mindset ready to ride!
1 = exercise bike
2 = riding in backyard
3 = riding up and down driveway
4 = skate park
5 = riding on the bike track
We hope to make this a daily rhythm
