It's that time of the year again, a fat bloke on a bike so This October, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer! After another battle with illness throughout the last 12 months I'm only aiming for 50km and I will be kicking it off on an exercise bike

I'm doing this in memory and respect for my late friend Tony 'IVO 8', a legend and a mate.
