So for the month of October, I'm taking part in the 'Great Cycle Challenge' which supports the 'Children's Medical Research Institute' into the prevention, diagnosis & treatment of childhood cancer. I'll be logging my distances and posting them on facebook for anyone to see. Photos of me posing in lycra are only available for premium donors and *viewer discretion is advised*.

I'm personally riding in memory of Patricia Daver who was like a second mother to me and passed away from a brain tumour earlier this year. She was my host mum when I lived in France (on my gap yahh of course).

I last raised money 20 years ago when I was nine for 'Jump Rope For Heart' which supports heart disease research. Anyway, I nailed it. I skipped for an hour and even threw in a few naughty criss cross' & boxer step jumps #stunts. I raised $500 and some solicitous "good work champ's"...

Anyway, help me beat James' nine year old skinny arse and raise $1000! Oh and beat cancer too!
