I'm Riding For

Helga Evans

On the 18th December 2008 we lost Jayne's mother to cancer. I have fond memories of my mother in law, Helga, being a strong woman who's fighting spirit and warped sense of humour stayed with her until the end (and in my opinion even beyond). As I go into this years challenge I will be thinking about Helga and I am pretty sure that she will be there in spirit cheering me on along the trails and tracks as I cycle towards my goals.

During this time I have raised close to $12,000 and ridden nearly 3,000 km to help ensure that kids affected by cancer have the chance to live life, not fight for it and excited to see what I can achieve in 2025
